Yes. You can require a fixed or percentage card deposit per service at the point of booking, with your own cancellation window and refund rules applied automatically.

Where is my client data stored?

In encrypted UK/EU data centres with role-based staff permissions. You can export or delete any client record at any time in line with UK GDPR.
